  • Kevin Oakley

    Pastor

    Pastor Kevin was called to Lifeway Fellowship, as the Senior Pastor, in December 2024. He has more than 20 years of ministry experience, serving as Senior Pastor at a sister church in Amarillo. In addition to leading his previous church, he has led several International Mission Trips in which he has aided in church plants

    and mentored and taught young pastors as they work to lead their new congregations. Kevin has also led local mission efforts, to include feeding school aged children during the summer, when they were out of school and did not have the school lunch program available.


    Kevin has been married to the love of his life, Mary, for more than 37 years. Mary has been an invaluable partner in Kevin’s ministry over the years as they have worked to further the Word of God locally and internationally. Kevin and Mary have 3 grown children and 2 grandsons, whom they love to spend time

    with when they can. 


    Prior to surrendering to God’s call on his life, Kevin proudly served in the US Navy where he was assigned to the USS Theodore Roosevelt and was called to duty in Operation Desert Storm. Kevin received several service medals and commendations while serving his country. Since leaving the Navy, Kevin has worked for the TDCJ as a corrections officer and also for BNSF as a railroad conductor.


    Of his ministry, Kevin would say, “I love to see people come to know Jesus Christ as their personal Savior. I also love discipling people and teaching them to make disciples of Jesus Christ as well. I will always stand on and preach the truth of God’s Word with the intent of furthering the Kingdom of God and seeing Him Glorified”.

  • Andrew Miller

    Associate Pastor Music

    Andrew was called to Lifeway in January 2025. He has more than five years of ministry experience, having served as worship pastor, youth pastor, and worship director at two other churches. Andrew has received an education from Amarillo College and Grand Canyon University. The first one is an Associate of Science with an emphasis in Sound Engineering and Music Production. The second is a Bachelor of Arts in Worship Arts and Leadership. 


    Andrew serves as the Associate Pastor of Music. Andrew believes that worship is more than just music—a lifestyle that honors God in every moment. Whether leading a congregation in song, mentoring worship team members, or crafting Spirit-led services, Andrew strives to create an atmosphere where people can encounter God’s presence.


    A gifted vocalist and musician, Andrew has a background in music from mastery of multiple instruments to extensive vocal training(both include private and college instruction). Andrew is passionate about raising the next generation of worshipers, equipping teams to serve excellently, and fostering a culture of unity and authenticity in worship.


    Andrew also serves as the Associate Pastor, where he is dedicated to supporting the church’s mission of spreading the gospel, discipling believers, and fostering a thriving faith community. With a deep love for God’s Word and a heart for ministry, Andrew works alongside the lead pastor and church leadership to equip and shepherd the congregation and Pastor the Young Adults here at Lifeway. 


    Andrew enjoys golf and writing music outside of ministry and cherishes time with his family and friends. Above all, Andrew is committed to glorifying God and serving His people with humility, wisdom, and a servant’s heart.

  • Teresa Watson

    Office Manager

    Teresa served the church as our part-time secretary from 1987 until 2001, when she became our full-time office manager. In addition to running the office each day, Teresa maintains the church records, orders supplies and materials, pays the bills, and does all of the bookkeeping! Teresa  and her husband Jim have five sons, one daughter, nineteen grandkids and three great-grandkids.
